By scheduling or using services provided by Dayanara's Janitorial Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services We provide residential and commercial cleaning and janitorial services in the California Bay Area. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [your accepted payment methods]. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Access to Property By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant our team access to the property. You agree to ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.

6. Liability We take great care while on your property. However, Dayanara's Janitorial Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile or improperly secured items, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

7. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any lawful reason, including unsafe working conditions or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
